I recently had the pleasure of working

project to convert my website to an
e-commerce site. Can I just say
that....these guys are AWESOME!!! I have
been in business for a little over two
years now and have dealt with packaging
companies, manufacturers, vendors,
design companies, and so on, and have
had some pretty frustrating moments.
However, EVERY TIME I've dealt with

recently) it has been an extremely

tell you how pleased I am with your service.
I had been jerked around by three web hosts
recently (all of which I found from link's
on Microsoft's sharepoint site). My
experiences ranged from not getting service,
to having too many administrative
limitations, to dealing with answering
services instead of people.
When I found your
site yesterday, I was able to pop into a
chat room, talk to someone live, work out my
requests and ask about your setup before
moving my site. Your staff have been
friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive
to my requests. After completing your online
order page, my account was immediately set
up. We initially had a permission issue. I
was able to pop back into the chat room,
explain the problem, and it was immediately
resolved. You accommodated my request for a
temporary IP address so I could move my
files before doing my dns transfer. And I'm
very pleased with the web-based e-mail
administration (I like iMail very much).
I am the Director of
Information Technology for a very large
organization. We operate our own Windows
2000 / 2003 web servers w/ IIS, FP,
Sharepoint, Perl, ASP, etc. When I was
looking for a host for my personal business
web site, I expected to be frustrated with
anyone, simply because I have full control
over my servers at work. I found that I have
not had that problem working with your
staff. When I chatted with them online, I
told them what I needed and they did it
quickly.
This is a
long-winded way for me to say thank you very

thanks. If this was IBM (and believe me I've

fill out thirteen request forms and wait 6

Having worked with a number of web hosting

a wide range of experiences with many

a site. The
problem was that I didn't know
Jack...nothing about web hosting, domain
registration, accounts, FrontPage any
version. I had a fun idea and a great name. Cybersharks was the sole reason my site
went live. They spent countless hours educating me on

FrontPage. I couldn't have done my site

| My name is Gus Allen and I have a web site
thanks to the professionals at Cybersharks. I had been taken to the bank by a Web
Hosting company for 9 months and they only
had half my site up. Luckily I got my money
back when I proved Fraud.
I figured I would learn to make a web site
and I was looking for a host over the
Internet who seemed friendly and
knowledgeable. After
talking with Archie and Glen 2 of the Techs
at Cybersharks I went out and bought
FrontPage by Microsoft. Well after reading FrontPage and discovering
that I could not read or understand Greek. I
called Archie and Glen for help and within
1 month I had set up my FrontPage and added
StoreFront( a Web Store to sell our products
on the net ). I now have over 400 items I sell on the
web....thanks to the techs at Cybersharks. I have also sent friends of mine to

may have had while turning my idea
TalkAboutSoftball.com into reality. I
contacted CyberSharks several months ago
with an idea but didn't know how to make it
work. From the very first phone call I had
