Here at Cybersharks, we pride ourselves in providing dedicated support to our clients. We have been closely following the recommendations and guidelines instituted by our Federal government and health officials and have made plans to continue operating our business as normal, but with a much-heightened state of awareness in regards to onsite visits. This means that our remote Customer/Technical support services will continue to be provided without interruption. We will be reviewing any current and future onsite visits and will be working closely with our clients to ensure the safety of both our support staff as well as our client’s staff and products.
If an emergency on-site visit is required, please submit a ticket to email@example.com and/or call into the office line at 252-321-7800 and speak with one of our
support technicians. We will be able to work through emergency situations on a case-by-case basis as we move forward through this difficult time. We hope for and appreciate your understanding as this unprecedented crisis continues.
