The Datacenter includes our Network Operations Center, and our base for advanced network services. Network Operations Center
The Network Operations Center is the early warning system that CyberSharks.Net relies upon for fault and performance monitoring of your IT network. The NOC is staffed around the clock where technicians supervise clients’ remote monitoring system for alerts that indicate trouble with servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and applications. In addition to supervising your IT network, the NOC also takes care of remote checklist work as well as remote patch management and device reboots.
Advanced Network Services
Our datacenter is able to provide advanced network services such as Point to Point VPN’s, secure remote access, and a safe haven for your companies servers via colocation.
